The Protectores Vitae Club is a student club at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, a university in the Metro Vancouver area consisting of four campuses in Langley, Surrey, Richmond and Cloverdale.
Protectores Vitae exists to educate students about life issues, specifically abortion, embryonic stem cell research, euthanasia, and assisted suicide. It will also train and equip club members to effectively speak on these life issues in open dialogue. Finally, the Club aims to generate support for, and provide positive alternatives for pregnant women and post-abortive women. In short, Protectores Vitae wishes to provide the Kwantlen community with more perspectives on life issues and to create a friendly supportive network for pregnant women.
Our club was initially denied the right to exist on campus by the Kwantlen Student Association (KSA) but has since been granted club status. To learn more about this, please click here.
